The first 20 mins of my day is my most important time of the day!

I have learned that my first 20 minutes when I wake up is probably the most important time of the day for me. Check the video below .. and it is in three parts! .. please swipe to the other two videos.

It’s a time when my brain is in full programmable mode and my self talk during this time actually helps to change my behaviours for the day and in turn creating a momentum of new habits.

In the past, my routine was to grab a cup of coffee, catch up on TV, listen to music in the morning. While that was good .. I will filling up time before work and not using the time I had to setup my day. It make a huge difference when you start the day with a focus on YOU and not just get ready for work or school. .
